Busisiwe Kamolane

Busisiwe Kamolane is a Bertha fellow and a candidate legal practitioner at the Centre for Applied Legal Studies at Wits University. She is also a former clerk of the Constitutional Court.

Kamolane is a social justice activist and her areas of interests include gender and law, corporate accountability and the intersectionality of class, race and gender in poverty and the law.

She is an LLB graduate of the University of Pretoria and is currently completing her master’s degree in human rights at Wits University.
